    Description of the product

    USE:

    Waterborne acrylic onecomponent flat paint, for outdoor walls. Vapour permeable and waterproof. Very appropriate for different porous substrates.
    Also suitable for interior walls where there is ambient humidity, such as in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms.

    FEATURES:

    High covering capacity - Easy to apply because of a high percentage of binder - Permeable to vapours - Waterproof - Very good durability.

    SUBSTRATES:

    New and old masonry - Cement - Concrete.

    Systems

    Untreated porous substrates:

    • Primer: 1 coat of impregnation RD-UNIFIX

    • Topcoat: 2 coats of PLEXIPAINT

    Powdering painted substrates:

    • Primer: 1 coat of impregnation RD-UNIFIX

    • Topcoat: 1 or 2 coats of PLEXIPAINT

    Not powdering painted supports:

    Direct application of 1 to 2 coats of PLEXIPAINT on the substrate.

    CONSUMPTION:

    Ca. 10 m²/l per coat

    Application instructions

    APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

    Outdoor: never apply if raining
    Ambient temperature: > 5°C (41°F)
    Relative humity: max. 80 %

    APPLICATION MEANS:

    Brush, roller or airless (nozzle: 013–018)

    PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

    The substrate has to be clean, dry, and free of dust.

    New masonries have to be cleaned first with an iron brush to eliminate all spatters of mortar. Painted supports should be cleaned with a high-pression machine. If the substrate is mossy, the moss must be removed with a special anti-moss product.

    DILUTION:

    Product is ready-for-use.

    DRYING TIME (20°C - 68°F):

    Touch dry: +/- 2 hours
    Recoatable: +/- 4 hours

    CLEANING OF TOOLS:

    Water
